Valtech U.S. is collaborating with Dallas-based MH2 Technologies on a number of projects, including the current implementation of Great Plains,
MH2's new accounting package. The project is estimated to run through a 90-day process with revenue of $64,800. Valtech U.S. is also responsible for the development of another of MH2 Technologies successful products, MH2 Finance, which helps banks and financial institutions manage their relationships with builders and contractors.

The training is just beginning of an implementation team to handle both implementations, as well as training of the MH2 Build product for end-users. This project could have potential revenue for about $3 million in the next 12 months, based on MH2's sales. Finally, Valtech currently has a proposal on the table for a CRM Siebel implementation valued at $380,000.

MH2 Technologies provides Internet-based job management, scheduling and materials ordering solutions. The company's overall strategy is to create efficiency in highly-fragmented industries through Internet applications and handheld, wireless devices.

MH2 has found huge success in the homebuilding vertical sector, and has already signed and begun implementation of MH2 Build systems with hundreds of homebuilders, accounting for more than 100,000 annual housing starts. In addition, dealers and suppliers with combined sales of over $4 billion have signed onto MH2 Supply.
