SIAS-MPA is the undisputed world leader in the area of fruit preparations for the fresh dairy industry, with 24 production plants and 18 affiliates throughout the world. In June 2001, it entrusted Valtech France with carrying out an industrial improvement plan for its six European plants, as well as the simplification of its product range.

This initial project has been followed by several other engagements:
· Implementation of the action plans
· Monitoring of an SCM tool (ASPENTECH) implementation
· Roll-out of the first engagement to the American plants

With engagements in Europe, as well as North and South America, Valtech France is now aiming at pulling in projects in SIAS-MPA's plants in Mexico and Australia.

Aventis is a global pharmaceutical company and the biggest in France, with more than 13% of the market. Valtech France assists Aventis in reengineering the distribution of their pharmaceutical commodities, as well as setting up their new warehouse.

The main objectives of the project are:
· Definition of the building solution
· Assistance in request for quotation (equipment, engineering)
· Warehouse management software
· Relocation of the products and starting up
· Upgrading of the second warehouse

Aventis had a turnover of €3,8 billion in 2000. The project will run until January 2003.
